Our history
2004 - Service vouchers
Shortly after the first service vouchers were printed (at the time still only on paper), Nico Daenens, working within a cooperative under the name Dienstenaanhuis, laid the foundation for what would later become a leading player in the sector.
2011 - European Parliament honours DienstenaanHuis.
The European Parliament honours Dienstenaanhuis for its contribution to the labour market. This recognition confirms the company's pioneering role in the service voucher sector and reinforces its ambition for further growth.
2012 – Initial growth phase
Growth and social impact go hand in hand: Group Daenens expands through acquisitions such as Makkie and DCI. The company remains committed to job creation and employee engagement.
2024 – Growing with impact
A milestone for Group Daenens: regrouping and rebranding of the service voucher companies and Daenens Payroll Services. The company receives several awards, including:
