The company (registered in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0745.668.692) is a data controller within the meaning of Article 4.7 of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter: “GDPR”).
The company is part of a larger group of companies collectively known as Group Daenens (hereinafter: “Group Daenens”).
By means of this Privacy Policy, the company fulfils its duty to inform under Article 13 of the GDPR.

• Category 2: personal data you provide in response to a specific job application with Group Daenens;
• Category 3: through cookies;
• Category 4: address details you provide so that Group Daenens can contact you for a question or exploratory conversation.
The use of cookies is governed by a separate Cookie Policy.
Article 3 – Purposes of Processing
The company will use your personal data solely for the following purposes:
Category 1: to maintain and improve the website and to compile anonymous monthly statistics about website usage;
Category 2: to obtain the necessary data in view of filling specific vacancies at Group Daenens (recruitment and selection);
Category 4: to contact you in response to a question or to arrange an exploratory conversation.
Article 4 – Legal Basis
The right to process your personal data is derived from Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, namely the legitimate interests of the company and other companies within Group Daenens.
These legitimate interests are defined as follows:
Category 1: continuously improving the quality of the website;
Category 2: searching for and finding the most suitable candidate for specific job vacancies published by the different companies within Group Daenens through the website;
Category 4: responding to your question or organizing the exploratory meeting you requested.

Article 6 – Duration of Processing
The processing of your personal data ends at the following times:
Category 1: as soon as the anonymous monthly website usage statistics have been compiled;
Category 2: once a person has been hired and the relevant application process has been successfully completed;
Category 4: once actual contact has been made with the individual who requested it or once the exploratory conversation has taken place.
The personal data in Categories 1 and 4 are deleted immediately at the moment described above.
Category 2 personal data will be retained for five more years in view of potential legal disputes. For this purpose, the data is stored on a separate server with strictly limited access.
Article 7 – Automated Decision-Making
The personal data in Category 2 may be subject to automated decision-making within the context of the recruitment and selection process. Algorithms may be used to determine who is invited for an individual interview.
